Jac was acting cabin crew supervisor on VS 24 and tells us about her experience of being in an emergency landing (Partial gear failure). All ends well.  This might be hard to listen to but, well worth it as this is how commercial aviation has become so safe - by learning from the extremely rare incidents if they happen.
